SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with it. This policy applies to any order you place with us.
In-store pickup
In-store pickup is available at our location. Select "Pickup" at checkout.
Shipping rates
We charge shipping costs based on destination. The exact amount for your address is always shown at checkout, before you pay. The rates below apply to most of our products (exhaust systems and most protection parts):

Lower rates apply to a small number of lightweight accessories – the Frontfork Protection, Lambda Protection Kit, Frame Cover Kit and Tank Rack Kit – because these parts weigh considerably less and are packaged more compactly than our exhaust systems and bar sets:

In some cases a third-party supplier or carrier may be responsible for shipping your order on our behalf; this does not affect the rates above or your rights as a customer.
Delivery times
All delivery times stated are estimates, given in good faith, and not firm commitments.
For consumers in the EU and United Kingdom, your statutory right to delivery remains unaffected: unless stated otherwise, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after we accept your order. See our Terms of Service for more information.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If a delay occurs, we will let you know as soon as possible, along with a revised estimated delivery date. For EU and UK consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights. See our Terms of Service for more information.
Shipping outside the EU: import duties and taxes
We ship worldwide. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties, VAT, or other charges may apply, over which we have no control. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country you live in, and for any additional costs or taxes.
